The conversations are absurd, the questions can come out of nowhere, and sometimes the joke itself barely makes sense.
“Lu udah Beliau belum?” “Lu copyright hari apa?” "Anak Meter Lu berapa?"
And somehow, that is exactly what makes it entertaining.
Maybe we already consume too many serious things every day.
News, politics, career pressure, money, productivity, and endless discussions about what is happening in the world. Even opening social media can sometimes feel mentally exhausting.
So when three people sit down and seriously discuss something completely unserious, it feels strangely refreshing.
There is no lesson we need to take home.
No productivity hack.
No deep conclusion.
Sometimes we just want to hear something stupid and laugh.
Maybe that is why absurd comedy like GJLS works.
In a world that constantly asks us to take everything seriously, something completely “gak jelas” can actually feel necessary.
